Description:

The Firearms Museum features the most comprehensive and massive collection of American-built firearms in the entire world. Deemed the "Winchester Collection," the firearms presented here feature more than 6,000 firearms, ranging from the first military rifles used in the U.S. to present-day sporting rifles, as well as extensive displays and exhibits on the history of firearm production. The museum is a part of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center, which is located on the west edge of town.
